Cancellation Policy

Before you book you are agreeing to all the terms listed below... A small deposit of $25 is required to book your appointment. This will go towards your services. NO REFUNDS! Due to the small studio space any extra guest will not be allowed unless getting serviced. A fee of $20 will be applied if other guests are present. LATE POLICY: A 10 min grace period will be allowed. 15 mins late to your appointment time will result into an automatic cancellation. CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. In event of a no show or same day cancellation the credit card on file will be charged a retainers fee of the full amount. Please remove any previous work and come to your appointment with fresh nails to ensure the best outcome.
